Refund Policy

1. Refunds are only provided if the project has not yet started.

2. Once work has commenced, partial refunds may be considered based on progress.

3. No refunds are provided after final delivery of service.

4. If the client fails to respond for more than 7 days, the project may be considered closed.

5. Refunds are not available for change of mind after design approval.

6. Revision dissatisfaction does not qualify for a full refund; additional revisions may be offered.

7. Technical errors from our side will be corrected at no additional cost.

8. If payment was made via online transfer, refund processing may take up to 7 working days.

9. Clients must provide proof of payment and project ID for refund requests.

10. Chargebacks without communication will lead to service termination and blacklisting.
