Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. All services are delivered digitally via email or designated platforms.

2. No physical shipping is involved in our service delivery.

3. Standard delivery timeframe is 2-5 business days, depending on project scope.

4. Urgent deliveries may incur additional charges.

5. Clients will be informed once their project is dispatched electronically.

6. File formats for delivery include JPG, PNG, PDF, PSD, and others as agreed.

7. Clients must confirm receipt of digital files within 24 hours.

8. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details provided by the client.

9. Communication will be maintained via email or WhatsApp as needed.

10. All completed projects are stored for 30 days for backup; after that, they may be deleted.
